By this shall men know, ye are my disciples

1.14.19

Family and Friends,

These few weeks full of hard work brings me to reflection upon my simple purpose as a missionary,: To invite other to come unto Christ through teaching Repentance and Baptizing Converts. This is ll in fulfillment of God's purpose for each of his children: "To bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man"

With that we follow the greatest two commandments in fulfillmetn of these purposes: Love God with all of our Heart, Might, Mind, and strength. And to love our neighbor as ourself.

On love we learn from Gospel Topics:
We manifest our love for Heavenly Father by keeping His commandments and serving His children. Our expressions of love for others may include being kind to them, listening to them, mourning with them, comforting them, serving them, praying for them, sharing the gospel with them, and being their friend. Our love for those around us increases when we remember that we are all children of God—that we are spirit brothers and sisters. The love that results from this realization has the power to transcend all boundaries of nation, creed, and color.

"Remember that the worth of Souls is great in the sight of God"

Continue to Love, with humility, and with all the Charity of our souls.

Until next,

-Elder Matthew Arscott
